This is an emulsification, dispersion, and kneading machine that allows for testing on a small scale and in a space-saving manner (compared to our previous smallest 5L processing research machine).
Features - Capable of emulsifying and dispersing high-viscosity liquids on a scale of 1.5L to 2L - The stirring unit can be combined according to the emulsification and dispersion processing: 1. Homomixer MARK2, Neo Kaiser(R), Homodisper (exchangeable) 2. Homodisper (fixed) 3. Anchor mixer or ribbon anchor mixer (can choose between pushing up or pushing down) - Operates on a 100V power supply - Capable of heating (hot water, steam) and cooling (cold water, chiller) (equipped with wall scraping scraper to improve heat exchange efficiency) - Capable of vacuum processing - Can record operating logs on the included SD card
